Is there a fee for the design?

Yes, we charge a $350 design retainer. This fee is collected when we begin the measurement and layout phase. It allows us to dedicate the necessary time to your detailed 3D layout and inventory analysis, and it is credited toward your final project balance.

Do I need to hire my own installer?

We can work with your builder or contractor if you are already in the middle of a renovation, or we can coordinate with trusted installers we regularly work with. We make sure the design is communicated clearly to whoever is performing the installation.

How long does it take to get the materials?

Once the design is finalized and the order is placed, production typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. We will give you a transparent timeline estimate based on current availability during our design meeting.

Can I see the design before I buy?
